Made it out today....man was it windy! Crappie were hard to find and the wind made it really hard to stay on them. Finally got tired of being blown around and slipped into a cove for some shelter and some catfishing. Fishing was slow as the wind increased...ended up with one 11 inch crappie and 5 pan size cats...left them all in the lake for next time. Catfish were caught in about 8 feet of water on Chicken liver and squid.
