Ya know, I thought the same thing when I saw it last weekend looking out from Oscar's back window ( while eating some corn poppers and country fried steak!). I happened to ask our waitress what she had heard and she remarked that a customer told her about a RV park ? Goes to show you how rumors start! Anyway, I would imagine that piece of waterfront property in that location ( has to be at least 5 acres) came with a nice pricetag. Sod outlet? Tropical tree outlet? That'll be some pretty expensive greenery.......
