So you only do things when they are of "your design?" No you don't. You drive on the right side of the road even if you like the left hand better, because that's the design; to go against it is foolish. And so even though you didn't design the plan that pays waitrons less than minimum and taxes them as if they were tipped the accepted rate, but by eating at restaurants you accept that plan. If you don't like the plan, the voice your displeasure by eating somewhere else; that's certainly more honorable than stealing from a waitress. (And that's what you are doing-- stealing. Because even though you undertip, she is taxed as if you didn't, and she pays the difference.)

As for the "finer" restaurants where you live-- how many of them are seasonal, and need to do an entire year's worth of business in three months? I'm guessing zero; different circumstances call for different measures.

I'm sure you won't admit to losing this argument, but that doesn't change the fact that you're a greedy self-important you-know-what who isn't worthy to kiss the feet of the hard-working people (waitrons, civil servants, and the like) that you probably consider your own personal slaves. What a disgusting example of a sub-human rich redneck. Feel free to go somewhere else-- and stay there.
