The purpose of the Dam on the river is not for recreation,loud fast boats or neked parties or sissy ball ,where the girls take advantage of male testroiroids,or something like that, to whip there a`ss. As we all know it is for generating electric power and flood control. Something that New Orleans should have thought about.
