First off, it's CAT, not dog! And, what you read is not always the truth. In this case it is assumption. If you want to believe all you read, buy yourself a tabloid in the checkout line at Winn Dixie.and convience yourself likewise. I spoke with the man involved this afternoon on the phone. He was not drunk! He plans on joining the forum in a short time to thank the people that helped him, and pay them a visit in person. He could not respond well to those that helped him because of 3 broken ribs and bruised lung. He was and still is hurting very bad, and HAS BEEN READING THIS FOURM. But maybe he will tell his story because it is his to tell. ... not mine! All I am saying here is that it seems that boating accidents and alcohol seem to go hand in hand most of the time. But not in every case. It is not right for any of us to speak of this man the way some have. Some will probably drag me through the hot coals of H&LL for typing this reply, but as "shoefly" would say... so be it.
