Since you HAD to mention praying, think you might need to take your heart, attitude, and one side back to whomever it is you are praying.
I doubt it would be the "right thing" to be "thankful" for what you perceive to be and/or to have caused an upset attitude from people that oppose your push for this harmful bill.

Seriously? Using prayer for a Bill to be passed regarding a lake?
Maybe it would be more benevolent and beneficial for you all to "pray" for those who will be LOSING THEIR JOBS if this Bill passes.
