Alabama Power provides a lake information line. 800-LAKES11 or 205-257-1077 is the number to call to find out generation schedules, drawdown schedules, to report week problems, etc.

I am the Shoreline Mgt contractor for Lay Lake. I assist lake residents with the permit process. I have no involvement with the aforementioned schedules or weed control issues. If you are planning to build or rebuild anything in APCO easement area, you can call me (Lay Lake ONLY) 205-669-4052.
