I would be happy I got you thinking. My students can argue with me about subject matter and I wouldn't take offense. That's my job to make them think critically. My students don't have to agree with me. Remember I don't teach Math (exact), I teach English. There are no right or wrong answers.


Like Robert Frost said about his poem, "The Road Less Travelled" :

critics were trying to decipher this poem and came up with all kind of analogies, parallel life experiences, deeper meanings, etc.

This is what Frost said about it: "I just wrote a poem."


WSMS - I love playing Devil's Advocate. So you aren't smart/mature enough to know that I was setting this up to get you thinking with sound reasoning arguments? I wanted to see where you would go with this. I have waiting to hear from you...or longtimer...it doesn't matter. You guys will with a wall.
