I heard on NPR that the boat law will not go into affect untill the law suit is settled.

On the other issue. I have made mention on several occasions of multiple alliases being used on this forum and now we have accusations of stolen IDs. I think it is illegal and cowardly to do this no matter how innocent the fun seems. I have supported causes on this forum and have kept my mouth shut on others because it was not my fight but I will not support anything like this. I may discontinue my use of this forum.

If you have a problem with this, I can handle that too.
