After reading your comments about investors dealing in LM properties, I have decided that I am sick of you. Your comments are always that of a bitter old man who lives with constant regrets about past failures in his life. I am sorry that you can not afford what you want on this lake but its not anyones fault that the lake is desired by many. You could have bought prior to now as it is clear that you have been around since they built the Dam.

Your rule about having to live in the property (APC lease lot) is cosmically stupid! Why would APCO care, they are not a charity to give lake property to people who feel entitled to such. I suggest you get used to living in your double wide on your muddy pond where you can sit out on your red wood deck drinking Schliz lamenting (see a dictionary for meaning) that your pathetic existence has led to the bitterness that you spew on this board constantly. With your attitude I am truly shocked that you have not achived your life goals...I gotta run...too many opportunities to make money and keep your old a$$ off the lake...
