Why did they only identify Brooks and Gregory, LLC as the only persons or entities of the Alabama Renewable Energy Alliance (AREA), LLC? What about Innovative Bio-Systems Technologies, LLC homebased in Wisconsin? Isn't their president, Alex Smardzich, the technical consultant for this proposed project? Isn't that a conflict of interest? If he screws up his consulting, will he sue himself?
