"Common sense tells me Alabama Power wishes it had asked for an alteration on our lake schedule too, but for whatever reason, it did not happen."

The "plug" date for Martin is Feb. 17th. Harris is April 1. That gave "them" the power of hindsight. By the time the 'plug' for Harris was coming around "they' knew we were several inches below normal rainfall.

But, it is really a conspiracy to drive down prices so RL and APCO bigwigs can buy up all the Martin property on the cheap. Are you ready to sell yet. Better do it and move to Smith before they haul all that water over here.....LMAO
