What ever happened to the new State law regulating boat lengths and horsepower? Did it take effect, get repealed or what? I noticed that Kowaliga Marina had acquired a lot of brand new gulf cruisers lately contrary to the "no new inventory" part of the new law. Anybody know anything about it?
