All the negative publicity I can produce. I am going to driveproperty value back down to reality so maybe then I can affod to partake.

The way I see it, if you can get someone to buy your property at the 2002 market value then consider yourself lucky to break even. If you purchased after Hurricane Ivan, I am sorry - you are going to lose your extra investment.

Property was way overvalued before the drought, houses weren't selling before the low water so sit tight and get use to it. If you are willing to take the "loss" I would be more than happy to buy your place at "fair" or "reasonable" price.

Welcome to Ghost Town Martin. How many condos were sold in the last 6 months (minus auction sales). How many were available during that time frame?
