Just show this ad on the website. Hope they do not presell. Tired of Condos after Condos being built on the lake.

Think we should all email sales@championdevelopers.com and tell them to take thier condos back to Atlanta and Lake Lanier and quit overcrowding Lake Martin with these high density developments.

Wonder if they have obatined permission for the docks as I have auto emails for all motions filed with FERC and I have not seen anything filed seeking approval for the docks which will be required.

Guess it is time to call APCo and ask them if their docks have been approved (as currently one dock allowed per 100 feet -- unless approvced by APCo) and if not tell them we are all going to file a motion to intervene with FERC to stop the approval of anymore high density development docks.
