There was some anxiety because the level dropped around the time we had some decent precipitation. They also noticed until the month of April there was little running of the Martin turbines but that changed at about the same time the levels started to drop a bit. Finally, it looks like Harris was starting to fill up so they are not running their turbines as often as Martin. All that combined to generate some anxiety.

So far the levels have held in the 489.1 to 489.4 range and hopefully that will continue for the time being. Anxiety is understandable considering the last few years and the raised hopes that this will be a great water-level year.
