I think the info you saw was what is now The Cove. It's a sub in Cedar Creek advertised with prices starting at $262000. Small spec homes from what I'm told around 12-1500 sq. ft.. Seems perfect for a retired couple. Theres also Waters Edge at Cedar Creek which are $500000 lake front homes but I'm not sure how many water front lots are left. Then there's the Preserve which has lots of lots left but they're mighty proud of em'. With covenents the cheapest you can build there is probably $500000. There's still lots of houses for sale on the Talladega side for a reasonable price but you better hurry, the prices go up every month.
