Over the last few years as our shoreline has changed from "Russell Cabin" places to $Million dollar "retreat" communities, I have been waiting for traffic at Willow Point Air to increase likewise. I have assumed that those of us who can afford such lake homes as second homes will also want to arrive at the lake via private planes, including small jets. Has not happened as far as I can detect.
You see, the SW approach leg extends almost over Veasey's Marina, and thus, over my roof. Has not happened yet. If your place is in the Northern end of Big Kowaliga Creek, Parker Creek, the Narrows, you are gonna' see/hear approaches at WP, low and slow.
