The last time I saw the weather on channel 8, there were several green counties in south Alabama indicating some kind of flood watch, so APCo will probably have to sit on all of that water for a little while until it is safe to release it downstream. Besides, if they hold at least some of it back, then they can make some money generating electricity with it.
