Hmmmm.....anytime I see a whistleblower say he is an "independent" that means he is a Democrat, probably a liberal in sheeps clothing. So let's consier the source...some news about Mr. Maxwell.

Judge dismisses jury verdict against Kerr-McGee (Bloomberg News) - turns out he was fired after losing this case. Also he was denied a bunch of money as a "whistleblower". It always seems to be about money.

Maybe he was an honest auditor trying to uncover corruption or maybe he was after the big bucks of being a whistleblower (basically doing his job as an auditor). Hard to say. Maybe the judge was also on the take......
