Have wondered the same thing. But my question would be for that lot where are the septic field lines going to go to be outside the xx foot rule from the water as that lot is not that big and the house takes up the majority of the lot.

So there might be the answer.

Then again before I spent all that money to improve that lot (basically build it / reclaim the land, as it was underwater) I would have made darn sure I could have a septic tank. And if I were the neighbors back in that slough I would madder than you know what as they had a gorgeous view and now that the land was reclaimed and the concrete poured foundation built they have lost their once nice view of the lake.
