Depends on whether or not you have enough business in the season, which I suspect that you do. During the off season there is very little business, so not being located on or near the lake would do no good at that time. In season and in the months leading up to the season, I suspect that you have all you can handle.

I don't know how much land you have in at your current location, but I suspect that if you had the room to build some sort of covered storage, you could get customers to bring their boats for winterization, store them for 4-6 months and then they would be there for sumerizing. A pole leanto would work. Just don't know what you would have to pay for insurance under such circumstances.

I would bring my boat to you in at the end of October, have it serviced, stored, and then pick it up after sumerization in March.
