This does not pass the "Common Sense Test". Yes, the ordinance maybe in effect (in this little dream/fun world senario), but they can not be enforced. We have all learned recently that the power boat(s) for enforcement can not plane out at a speed less than 35 MPH. Therefore, when they attempt to collar a pontoon boat that is traveling 12 to 15 MPH - oops what happens? The enforcement boat is nose to the sky, and the pontoon boat glides on away and takes pictures of the underside of the power boats. The enforcement vessel soon runs out of fuel after 50 attempts to halt the single vessel in violation of the ordinance. Enforcement boats soon develop a strategy of blasting past pontoon boats at 75 MPH + speeds to agitate pontoon boat occupants and cause them to spill their Pink Panty Pull-Downs. Agitated pontoon boat occupants soons take up skeet shooting with power boats serving as clay pigeons. Suddenly, we are back in the real world again. This post serves as the spoon to stir & apply the VSOP Cognac laced and sweentened topping served over the bread pudding.
