Policies which reward indigence and punish industriousness are doomed to failure. The policies of which I write are those practiced under socialism. How much history of the failures of socialism must we relive… suffer… before we realize that the poor will not fare better under socialism… that the economy will not improve under the weight of taxation… and that a nanny government does not improve the life, liberty, and happiness of its constituents.

The man espoused these policies when he was a candidate. Did you not believe him? The man has a history of destroying free enterprise. Did you not see it? The man has a history of evading light. Did that darkness not seem suspicious to you? With all of his dissembling as a candidate, in which of his words did you take confidence?

The noun “change” always deserves an adjective. Why did you not demand one?
