Put on your sunscreen and go outside. Vitamin D is good for you.

Take a boat ride. It'll lower your BP.

Plants a vegetable garden. Veggies are good for you and the exercise to plant it will do you good too.

Grill some low fat chicken.

Invite some friends and family over. Those with friends and family are healthier and happier.

Have a glass of red wine. It's good for your heart.

Bake some multigrain bread. The kneading will relieve some of your frustration and the whole grains are good for your colon.

Do something nice for someone else. Service to others will improve your mood.

Count your blessings. Exercising your brain improves your memory.
