Any house structure is going to depend on what you put in it. Meaning wood floors are much more expensive than pergo or carpet. Some ceiling fans are $30 but you can get them for $200 as well. If you put on a metal roof the painted metal is more expensive than unpainted. So it is what you put into it. On average the general cost will run around $115 per sq ft. That is slab and house....as someone has stated the septic system could run you $40K or be as simple as $10K. That is something a builder would be able to help you with. I recommend using Renovations Unlimited...Brian Ford. He is in Montgomery, Al. He has a place on the lake so travel would not be a cost. (334) 221-0502.
