Subject:   For Non-Fulltime Lake Homeowners....

We had pipes burst year before last and it cost us a fortune so we saw an add from a local company that does weekly check's on homes. The Company name is Lake Martin Home Guard. They had only offered this service for their loyal customers but then saw a market for it. We get weekly reports on the condition of the Roof,Watercraft,Pipes, lock's even if we leave extra lights on. it's awesome. we got a email Thursday that said everything was just fine but they had noticed a build up of pine straw in the valleys on the roof and although it was not hurting anything it could become an issue with causing rot over time. They didn't spend a fortune on their website so I guess that's why their prices are so reasonable lol www.lakemartinhomeguard.com
