Funny, I remember the last time and in my organization we were not told that we would be paid for it. That came when Congress finally signed the budge and decided to back pay us.
I don't see why anyone would think that Federal Employees should be penalized because Congress can't agree on the Budget. It's not the Employees fault, and they have bills to pay like everyone else.
