Hound, it turns out the problem was with the original story and the photographs taken by the local newspaper that later printed a retraction. Regardless of whether the dog and handler flew alone or whether it was packed with staffers, it sickens me that the American taxpayer has to pay $102,000 per year for this guy. If Oblamer wants to have a full time handler for a dog that is his decision but he should pay for it himself. Close your eyes and imagine Bush having done this. You would be up in arms and rightly so.

Either way it is just another nail in the Oblamer political coffin as it demonstrates what an elitist he is and one of the 200 reasons why he is foundering in the polls. If this mistake by a local newsrag costs Oblamer some votes I am all for it. We have to get rid of this guy.
