Btw3-- the president has no direct control on prices, BUT the administrations positions do. ePA implementing virtually impossible co2 standards, causing closure of some number of power plants, DoI identifying a lizard species as endangered in a peak oil production area, failure to follow court ordered lease sales, canceling XL allowing NAFTA provisions to kick in and all future production priced at world market rate rather than treaty assured discount.
