Read carefully what others have posted. Look at the threads about waves, noise, and the rest of the negatives and then consider the following. Most of the negative occurs during June and July. Yes, there will be some on other weekends but during the week and actually starting about mid afternoon on Sundays it is very quite. Listen to what the realtors have to say, in particular John C. Meet and talk to others that have retired here about your concerns and the solutions that are available.
