If you would like to see the number of letters submitted to FERC you can go to
http://elibrary.ferc.gov/idmws/search/fercadvsearch.asp
Then under Docket type in P-349-* (Wildcard Search)
At the Bottom of the Page Click "Submit" and the results will appear.
If you would like to review the doc go to the right side of the page and Click "Review FERC PDF Doc".
Currently there are approx 37 letters ( I say 90% YEA and 10% NAY)
Have fun, but please do not post any names on the forum as to whether people stated YEA or NAY, as I was surprised at a couple of folks that stated NAY.
Oh yea - I did read an interesting doc, The Village has gained approval to build a bridge to an island and install 42 boat dock if I read the doc correctly, below is an excerpt
The licensee proposes to allow the permittee to construct improvements within the project boundary to facilitate residential development of a 1.51-acre island on Lake Martin that is owned by the permittee and located outside of the project boundary.2 The improvements would include a vehicular bridge to provide access to the island, 776 feet of seawall around the island, and three multi-slip, floating boat docks to accommodate 42 watercraft. Approximately 290 feet of riprap and 158 feet of natural swimming beach
