Seems the pregnant woman would have to initiate the illegal act, with the one performing the abortion being an accomplice.  My views on abortion have been stated in other posts, but this is a hypothetical question, since abortion is not currently illegal.  Hypothetically answered, yes, the woman would be liable if abortion were to be declared illegal.
