It is even worse then that - they supplied the video to defense on the last day ( and only sent them a lower resolution file ) altering the evidence and possibly brady material. ) It is not like they got a higher resolution file and did not share it, they lowered it intentionally and cropped it before sending it over.

Then only got caught because they used the higher resolution either on the last day of the trial or closing arguments.

And today the prosecution claims that the file was airdropped to them from a tech and it was full resolution and then the prosecutor emailed it to himself and it was still fine, then the tech emailed the prosecutor the file, which that file was then emailed to the defense - and that one was compressed and lower resolution.  So ithe prosecution is claiming its the techs fault, not theirs.......

why did he not email what he had to start with instead of asking for a 2nd copy to be sent to him so he could forward it.

Maybe I missed soemthing when they were talking to the judge, but that sounds like some grade A BS there.
