already under-staffed & now must try to enforce this bill:

How long will it take Gary or Fontaine to measure a boat 26' 11' + or -
Lots of boats out there- in the 25-27' range

How about boats 30'6"? not as many boats to measure as above--
but how difficult is it going to be to measure straight line between end of boats of a cruiser?

How do they enforce boats capable of 60mph? ALL boats are capable of exceeding 60--- Cat might have to work harder on some more than others

How about the 31+ center console boats with no galley?
why must they be moored at a marina with a certified pump-out?

What did this bill really accomplish? its going to make the Marine Poice job almost impossible
