I’ve got news for you Buds. The architecture will not matter much, because you will not be able to see them from the lake unless you ride up in there. This place is back in a slough and on a hill. I would guess there might be 400 feet of water front with about 150 of it with a view. If you had looked at the property three months ago, you might have been able to imagine one or two houses going in there. If there are 25 houses in there, half of them will not even be able to see the water, except over another house, pool house or whatever else they are going to have in there. I cannot imagine where they are going to have slips for boats. Not if they go by the same regulations the rest of us have to abide by.
