Why change? Change is not always a good thing. If another major player moved into the lake area they would want to run the lake as they see fit. Do you thing they would over look there bottom line for the best interest of the lake. NEVER. The current king has respect for the lake. Its in his best interest he owns lake land and lots of it. Big industry would ruin the lake over years and when its dead move on.
