There web site says 25 units (Bolton Cove). See Attached. I looked at both this site and Eagle's Point (Water Edge Development) this past week while I was at the Lake. They are near one another on the Lake and by land (end of 20 East). I do not like the Bolton Cove site in the least. Eagle's Point does have a nice big water view, but I suspect the units will be squeezed together. I saw one foundation (footprint) and it was incredible small.
