Bolton Cove and Eagle's Point. I imagine that Bolton Cove is going to be a hard sell. Looking at John's pics they look the same as it looked late last summer. Eagle's Point houses are going to be small but will be 3 story houses. On the mls listing site it has 5 houses listed (I think it is 5) and it shows the square footage of each house. At first glace they look like they'll be bigger but when you actually look at the blue prints they have included the square footage of the garage, porches and decks so it is very misleading. When we were at the lake back late fall I met the developer and he said that there is going to be a club house with a pool as well. Not really sure where that is going to be unless he puts it out on the island. We'll be up there in a week to stay through Memorial Day weekend. Looks like we are going to have to go for another walk to check out what's going on.
