I am not doubting you PC Al, but I did not realize Bolton Cove had deep water. It seems to be at the end of a sleugh. Maybe the looks are deceiving. I am sure Eagle Point has deep water and a tremendous view. Looks like a pretty good drop from the new places to the water.

You two know it much better than I. Both of you seem to be correct about the minimum amount of water frontage on Eagle Point. Only three or four places on Bolton Cove will even be water front. The rest (I think 26 place in total) are either water view or water acess depending on how they choose to advertise it. I do believe they will require boat valet services from a marina.

I guess what I am trying to say what is the worry about the amount of water when you have contact with very little if any of it from either development.

I am sure there are many of us who do not even like the term development.

Bolton Cove advertised first choices went to associates fo the Company. I think those chosen words or statements are simply a come on for some unsuspecting buyer.
