Well, you might be right, but it’s deep to me. I assume their common pier will be closer to the three newer houses and I have ridden in there on my Sea Doo where I can get in real close and even as clear and low as the water is, you cannot see bottom about 10 feet from the seawall. Haven’t been in real close by boat and don’t have a depth meter on Sea Doo though but you would be surprised how deep it is on up in the slough. We did ride up in front of the last of the three new houses last week and water depth there was no problem. Now Eagles Point is altogether another matter. It could be 30 feet deep there right off the seawall.

Talk about their water taxi service to the marina. Parker Creek Marina is probably about to the point of not being able to get boats in and out of dry storage. I had my boat there in 2000 and they had to put the boat from storage to forklift to trailer and took the trailer to the ramp to put in the water. You need to give them an hours notice to get your boat out.
