Have not heard about the charge but would not suprise me.

As far as your shallow spot you should be able to dig and change the terrain around your pier for the safety of your toys. as long as there are no physical alterations to the structure of your pier then APCO should have no sayso.

Does everyone agree? Most specifications relate to the size and placement of piers in relation to your property.

As long as you do not relocate the dirt/mud to your neighbors property or part of the lake you should be fine, especially if you do this my hand.
