I've said it many times before. If complaining about water levels at your Lake Martin home is all you have to b1tch about, then you need to just shut up and let folks with real problems do the b1tching.

The entire mid section of the country is has been flooded this year, but I know what happened there in the 30's. Some folks need to Google 'dust bowl'.

Of course those of us 'in the know' , know that it is really Global Warming that is to blame. Oh sorry, I forgot, it now called "climate change". I was watching a news program recently about 'climate change'. They had one of the worlds most renowned climatologists on ( I forget his name). He made the best statement ever on climate change ..."If climate isn't changing, that is when you need to worry."

I especially liked the story this weekend about one of those retreating 'ancient glaciers' in Europe. It seems that as the glacier is melting it exposed a modern workable silver mine.

High of 59 in NYC yesterday, BTW.
