I now have a couple lot's to go look at, but I am still looking so if you
have not sent me an email please do so now regarding your lake lots for sell, to brookeland74@yahoo.com
and to answer your question - No bad experiences personally but have heard from a few surrounding Realtor friends of mine in Auburn, Opelika, pheonix City that the Realtors on lake martin are known to be somewhat like piranha. So I prefer to deal with lot owners not listed with Realtors. but if a local Realtor had information on some distressed lake lots I would welcome them contacting me through email as some already have.
