If I recall correctly you and boatacholic are spouses. Correct me if I am wrong.

You have to forgive me since I am getting old and senile if I am wrong..

We went by both sites on our last trip down in Mid-Dec. There was not much going on if anything at either place. (Bolton Cove or Eagle's Point)

Eagle's Point had one home built. It is sold and is a model home. We were not impressed in the least with what yuu would get for the bucks. There were a lot of stairs and small chopped up rooms in our opinion. But, you know how opinions are and they can keep you out of legal problems. Especally when you are old and senile like I am. LOL

There was the foundaions started of two other houses, and they seemed to be of very small footprints. I have their sales brochure in my truck. I think all the homes are rather small in sq. footage. We are discussing plaes with price range around a million bucks and about 2 to 3 thousand sq. ft. . (if my memory seves me correctly).

Bolton Cove has the infrastructure in place to include seawall, roads and etc.. There was no Vertial consrtuction at all. I personllly would not want to own there. It is a terrible area to be squished into. I think there will onlyt be a few homes with water frontage.
