Long time reader first time poster.

John C thanks for all your informative post. From what liitle bit of info I know your info is always correct.

I recently went by Eagle Point Dev and they just paved the street to each of the lots.

On another though, maybe I am a small thinker but when I first saw the plans for Bolton Cove with the Tuscany style I thought who in their right mind would pay 850k plus for a home with shared boat slips up in a slough without waterfront.
Now, they have totally changed the style of homes they are marketing. Hopefully, they have come down since they have changed the style of homes. But then again they can come down too much with all money they already have invested land seawall roads carrying cost etc. How much longer can they continue without selling any homes. I do not think Russell is marketing Bolton Cove anymore.
