Well, I appreciate the open mind that some of you have displayed and have began to understand the full implication of this legislation. While I do not own a boat affect by this ban, I do oppose it. I view this bill as the beginning of the end.

Yes, this legislation will open the door for others to begin removing those items from the lake that they do not like. They are utilizing tools like "Bob" to get this ban passed. However, once this snowball starts rolling, watch out.

Waverunners will be next. They have the highest rate of death per usage. Further implications are taxing of 2 cycle boats for "cleanup" or possibly complete banning of those altogether.
