The tables show a check mark under the column - Boat 16 Ft. To Less Than 26 Ft. -- for ignition kill switch.

But then the column is denoted by the statement vessels less than 24 feet and more than 50 hp, operator has to have lanyard, etc. (Understand this)

Question is, just for clarification (just curious) -- So if you have a 24 foot to 26 foot boat you are required to have a kill switch, (as box is checked in the table) but not required to have it attached. Is this correct?
