Honestly I am really not touchy about it. Maybe your defensive manner made you read it that way. Note my grasping straws comment... it was meant to make fun of the fact that it was brought up in the first place. When Michelle Obama went on Leno, that was the topic of discussion... it's amusing... her husband was about to be president and all they could talk about was how much money SP spent on clothes... I think it is a VERY sad state in our society when people pay so much attention to the news and let them sway votes over something as menial as clothes. I think they all looked good, it was one heck of a battle. I am amazed with the citizens of this nation that they showed up and voted. That makes me proud, it is what our Forefathers wanted, it is the foundation that this country was builty on.

But you know, I am a little touchy about the whole financial spending bit in general. One camp spent more money then both candidates combined in the prior election. That is sickening. We are a nation in financial turmoil and money can be blown that way... it's sickening. 30 minute commercial ads in the last week of the election... come on, who still had to make up there minds by then? Not enough people to run 30 minute speeches on 4 major networks. Overkill. I just hope the same overkill is used in protecting the securities of this great nation.
