Hound, my point was that we have spent 8 years having to listen to the hatred of Bush/Cheney spewed forth by liberals and the mainstream media and now all of the sudden when you get your guy in the office we are all supposed to come together and love each other and have a big hug and cry. Liberals have been stressing and worrying and complaining and saying all kinds of awful things for the last 8 years about this country and now we are being lectured by those very same people to relax, stop worrying, Talk about chutzpah!

Well guess what, some of us think Obama is going to be bad for America, way worse than Clinton and second only to Jimmy Carter (hopefully). We think between Obama/Reid/Pelosi we are going to have a larger and more intrusive federal government. We think that if Obama follows through with his economic plans we will turn a difficult recession into a depression ala FDR because his belief that we get out of a recession through government spending on infrastructure, entitlements and trying to run private businesses is exactly wrong..

I am waiting and watching to see how Obama decides to govern or if he is just going to go along with the idiots running Congress. I am not optimistic but we'll see. In the meantime you talk about asking the question of what it will mean 5 years from now and that is exactly the questions we are asking about what short and long-term impact we will experience from a liberal controlling Congress and the White House.
